Description
Arrangement before training like panels painting, nomination from CI stores,

  • Responsible for fulfilling training needs for that location or nearby units (depending on exigencies)
  • Application process in training.
  • Make training plans with SSO /ASE and share monthly updates
  • Conduct site visits for checking basic hygiene of site for delivery when not engaged for training
  • Technical support at PAINT TOTAL sites.
  • Assistance to CCA for product knowledge or query related to product
  • Assess Theme Sites and help painters for handholding initially on sites, whenever new designs launched.
Keep the data base of trained painters contractor wise & dealer wise with remarks for learnings. Number of training conducted in different finishes across PT/PR counters.


Salary:
₹200, ₹250,000.00 per year

  • Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
