Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of developers in building high-quality software solutions using Python/Django and MERN stack technologies.

Project Management: Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure the delivery of high-quality and well-tested code.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to understand requirements and deliver customized solutions.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in full-stack development, cloud services, and AI to drive continuous innovation.

Required Skills and Experience:

Profound knowledge and experience in fullstack development with Python, Django, and the MERN stack.
Demonstrable experience with AI model integration and implementing AI solutions.
Proven leadership skills with experience in guiding and mentoring development teams.
Excellent understanding of software development best practices and agile methodologies.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to make decisions based on a mix of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgement.
Superb communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Several years of experience in a tech lead or senior developer role, specifically with Python/Django, MERN stack, and AWS.
Experience with AI and machine learning models is highly desirable.
