Social Media Executive

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms.
Monitor social media channels for trending topics and industry news, and identify opportunities for engagement.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive community around our brand.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (marketing, PR, design) to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports on social media activity, making recommendations for improvement.
Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, and implement new strategies as needed.
Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for differentiation.
Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and optimization.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics.
Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising is a plus.

Salary:
₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
