Responsibilities:


  • Conceptualize and execute innovative and engaging designs for various projects including branding, marketing collateral, digital advertising, website assets, social media graphics, and more.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing, product, and sales to translate business objectives into creative solutions.
  • Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to foster their professional growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure designs are fresh, relevant, and cuttingedge.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in graphic design.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs accordingly.
  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
  • Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.

Pay:
Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
