Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mathematics, Education, Psychology) or equivalent experience.

  • Proven experience in conducting aptitude training or similar educational programs.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Indepth knowledge of various aptitude assessment formats and their evaluation.
  • Excellent problemsolving and critical thinking skills.
  • Patience and empathy to work with diverse groups of learners.
  • Proficiency in using technology for training purposes (e.g., online training platforms, presentation software).
  • Strong organizational skills to manage training schedules and materials effectively.

Salary:
₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
