Description
We are looking for a Guest Relations Executive to join our team at goSTOPS, India's fastest-growing backpacker hostel brand.

As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests visiting our properties.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome guests, providing excellent customer service at all times.
  • Check guests in and out of the hostel, ensuring that all required paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Manage phone calls, and messages and redirect calls to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Organize and maintain files and records, updating them as required.
  • Create and maintain uptodate documents and spreadsheets.
  • Assist in bookkeeping and issue invoices/checks.
  • Perform inventory checks as and when required.
  • Assist in the service of food and beverage.
  • Take charge of the property in the absence of the property manager.
  • Order monthly supplies.

Qualifications/Knowledge/Experience:


  • Minimum of 6 months of industrial training.
  • Pleasant personality and excellent communication skills.
  • Final semester or graduate student of the Hotel Management Program.
  • Willingness to travel throughout India.

What you get:


  • A salary bracket of 14k gross plus PLI, Provident Fund, and ESIC.
  • Performancelinked incentives of up to 35% of gross salary.

Salary:
Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
