Roles and Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests, providing exceptional customer service throughout their stay.
- Manage checkins and checkouts, ensuring that all required paperwork is accurately completed.
- Handle phone calls and messages, redirecting calls as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records and files, including documents and spreadsheets.
- Assist with bookkeeping and invoicing.
- Conduct inventory checks when required.
- Provide support in food and beverage service.
- Assume responsibility for the property in the absence of the property manager.
- Order monthly supplies.
Salary:
Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
