JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate sales leads
- Maintain a positive attitude and respond to customer complaints
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions
- Process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- Process and follow ups on sales orders
- 1. Strong verbal communication
- MS Office
- Multitask, Prioritize and manage time effectively
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
