JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate sales leads
  • Maintain a positive attitude and respond to customer complaints
  • Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions
  • Process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.
  • Process and follow ups on sales orders
Requirements and skills

  • 1. Strong verbal communication
  • MS Office
  • Multitask, Prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
