Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage purchase orders to vendors.
  • Book bills for all purchases and ensure timely approval in the software system.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee expenses, including individual ledgers.
  • Procure trims and accessories such as labels, brand, buttons, etc., as per requirements.
  • Record and manage new orders, creating sales orders against received purchase orders from clients.
  • Prepare and maintain receivables and payables data.

Requirements:


  • Degree in B.Com or related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and software systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
