As a Associate - PTP you will be responsible for the Invoice Management process across the Cooper Lighting Solution entities based out of US, UK, India, Canada, Netherland & Mexico.

What you'll do:

End to End responsible for execution of invoice management process within the assigned scope in compliance with directives in an effective manner.
To validate and process invoices for Global CLS entities having presence in US, UK, India, Canada, Netherland & Mexico.
Responsible to execute all activities in a proper and time bound manner.
Consistent on the accuracy and productivity, take corrective action in case of variances.
Ensures standard work compliance and assures documentation (SOP) for all the activities performed for the entities with clear output and KPIs defined.
Handle vendor and internal stakeholder query on the invoice routing and guide them the essential details to process invoice for payment.
Drives standardization, simplification, and operational excellence in P2P.
Ensures all internal control process are adhered and complied with.
Be a good team player and support team as an when require.
Always ready to take additional responsibility and support on adhoc tasks as per the business requirements.
Ensures that month end close is managed timely and efforts are being put in accordance with the time requirement during this period.

Your qualifications:

Bachelor's/Graduate in Finance and should be well versed with ERP (SAP). 3 to 5 years of experience in Invoice Processing. End to end Procure to pay knowledge is an added advantage.
Good knowledge of the tax specification and other invoice processing requirements of various countries.
Should have good communication skill (written & verbal), ensure all month end activities and other deliverables are met on time.
Should have beginner level expertise on MS Office tools, especially in excel, outlook & power point. VBA knowledge is an added advantage.
Strong initiative, passion, and enthusiasm for achieving success.
Work time would be from 12 pm to 9 pm (IST).
