    As a Purchase to Pay Manager you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals and be the front-line leader looking after Purchase to Pay processes, Team management, Team Engagement and Development, Stakeholder Management, Process Improvements, Month End Close, Audit, Compliance etc. for our business based in US, Mexico, Netherlands, Canada, UK & India.     What you'll do:

  • Manage the purchase to pay activity for entire Cooper Lighting Solutions business.
  • Manage a team of 10+ individuals looking into entire employee lifecycle. Hiring, Performance Management, Carrier progression, skill building, onboarding/off boarding etc.
  • Custodian of the process and look for process improvement. Understand stakeholder issues and work in getting a permanent resolution.
  • Support Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, and any other compliance activity for the entity.
  • Develop reports for the stakeholders and management on the performance of the assigned areas.
  • Responsible that all activities are properly and timely executed.
  • Do Root Cause Analysis for projects not meeting the goals and put a control plan to prevent recurrence.
  • Drive standardization, simplification, and operational excellence in assigned activities.
  • Out of the box thinker and submit periodic process improvement ideas by coordinating with various teams.
  • Should have skills to bring out meaningful information from the generalized information and data.
  • What you'll need:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant or Master's in finance from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges.
  • 10+ year experience in Purchase to Pay Domain with 5+ year experience of Managing a team.
  • Strong communication skills including verbal, written & presentation.
  • Should have sound level of expertise in MS Office tools, especially well versed in excel, outlook & power point. VBA knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Excellent time management skills and proven ability to multi-task competing priorities.
  • Well versed with SAP ERP.
  • Working knowledge of quality tools is a must.
  • Strong initiative, passion, and enthusiasm for achieving success.
  • Work timing will be 12 noon to 9 pm (IST).
