    Job Title:
    Senior Associate, Controllership - Accounts Payable (Procurement to Pay)

    We are looking for a P2P Senior Associate to join our team. The P2P Senior Associate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes. This includes overseeing the purchasing, accounts payable, and travel and expense functions.

    The P2P Senior Associate will also be responsible for developing and implementing P2P policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with these policies, and managing relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of P2P processes, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to drive process improvements.


    Key Job Responsibilities:

    • Manage and optimize the company's P2P processes
    • Oversee the purchasing, accounts payable, and travel and expense functions
    • Develop and implement P2P policies and procedures
    • Ensure compliance with P2P policies and procedures
    • Manage relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders
    • Drive process improvements in the P2P function
    • Manage the P2P team, including hiring, training, and performance management
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the P2P function
    • Monitor and report on P2P metrics
    • Manage P2P system implementations and upgrades
    • Journal Entries Creation and Booking
    • Month End Close Activities
    • Fixed Assets Capitalization and Maintenance
    • Intercompany Accounting
    • Bank and Investment Reconciliations
    • General Ledger Reconciliations
    • Fixed Assets Reconciliations (FA Clearing & SL-GL)
    • Identifying reconciling items and its clearance
    • Corporate Reporting
    • Additional tasks will include statutory reporting (audit etc.) and getting involved in various projects aimed at improving processes etc.

    Key Job Requirements:

    • Degree in Accountancy or recognizable accounting qualification (CA, ACCA, CPA and etc.)
    years of post qualification relevant working experience

    • Familiar with Ind AS (IFRS), US GAAP is an advantage
    • Strong accounting, reporting and consolidation knowledge
    • Dynamic and bright personality with a positive attitude and excellent communication skill. A team player with good organization skill and an eye for accuracy and detail
    • Willing to work in demanding dynamic environment
    • Systemsavvy, proficient in Microsoft Excel
    • The successful candidate will also demonstrate the following abilities:
    • Professionalism: Enthusiastic about the accounting profession; willingness and ability to put in additional effort during certain periods to meet deadlines (e.g. monthend/yearend close).

    • Communication (written and oral): Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral form.
