    Job Title: Sales/Business Development Manager at Leinex Consulting

    Responsibilities:
    • Client Acquisition:
      • Identify and target potential corporate clients in IT and Non-Tech industries to expand the client portfolio.
      • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to secure new business opportunities.
    • Relationship Building:
      • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
      • Understand client's business needs and propose tailored recruitment solutions.
    • Market Analysis:
      • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
      • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
    • Proposal Development:
      • Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
      • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions that meet client requirements.
    • Sales Targets:
      • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
      • Continuously track and report on sales performance, providing insights for improvement.
    • Negotiation and Closure:
      • Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and agreements with clients.
      • Ensure a smooth transition of new clients to the delivery team.
    • Collaboration:
      • Work closely with internal teams, including recruiters and account managers, to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
    • Proven track record of 3+ years in sales/business development within recruitment industry.
    • Strong understanding of IT and Non-Tech industries, with the ability to comprehend client staffing needs.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
