- Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

- Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct market research to stay informed about market conditions, property values, and the competitive landscape.
- Use insights from market analysis to adjust sales strategies and tactics.
- Reporting and Documentation

- Education and Experience
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Indepth knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
