    Sales Manager

    Position Overview

    Sales Manager in company is responsible for leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

    This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as a thorough understanding of the real estate market.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Sales Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and growth.
    • Analyze market trends, competitors, and data to identify business opportunities and threats.
    • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and ensure they are met.
    • Team Leadership and Management
    • Recruit, train, and supervise a highperforming sales team.
    • Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, provide feedback, and motivate the team.
    • Establish performance metrics and monitor individual and team performance.
    • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Resolve client issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
    • Develop strategies for client retention and acquisition.
    • Sales Operations
    • Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
    • Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
    • Coordinate with marketing and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
    • Market Research and Analysis
    • Conduct market research to stay informed about market conditions, property values, and the competitive landscape.
    • Use insights from market analysis to adjust sales strategies and tactics.
    • Reporting and Documentation
    • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.
    Qualifications and Skills

    • Education and Experience
    • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
    Skills and Competencies

    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Indepth knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other salesrelated tools.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • High level of integrity and professionalism.
    Working Conditions

    • Fulltime position.
    • May require working evenings and weekends based on client needs and sales activities.
    • Travel within the region may be necessary to meet with clients and visit properties.
