Receptionist cum Front Desk Executive


Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors and clients with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing exceptional customer service and assistance as needed.
  • Maintain the reception area, including keeping it clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings, ensuring schedules are efficiently managed and conflicts are resolved.
  • Assist in administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents, to support the smooth operation of the office.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, distributing them to the appropriate recipients in a timely manner.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory, ordering replenishments as needed and ensuring costeffective management of supplies.
  • Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members and visitors, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to contribute to team goals.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures, including security protocols, confidentiality guidelines, and health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance at all times.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in a corporate or professional environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated problemsolving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to learn and adapt to changing needs and priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills and time management abilities, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service and representing the company in a professional and welcoming manner.

Salary:
₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
