Product Operations Interns observes how users experience their pain points concerning the area in which the business operates and how they interact with the product to alleviate their problems, guide the users in a manner they can use the product in a much more optimal fashion, and provide this data and inputs to the product team to incorporate. By tracking usage patterns, identifying trends, and making inferences about users' preferences, needs, and behaviors, they help the users most out of the products and they make informed recommendations for product managers and other guardians of the product. They should get in touch with the users on the Nbyula platform through online or in-person mode if need be, and with respect to Nbyula marketplace figure out ways wherein demand-side users can be matched with the supply-side service providers on the platform.

What will you do and learn:_

  • Research and identify users for the Nbyula platform. This includes users on the demand side, like aspiring international studies students, alumni, international professionals etc
  • Identify the most efficient and effective channels for reaching out to the users.
  • Identify and collate data sources related to international study programs, scholarships and allied services websites
  • Use internal and external tools to refine the quality and size of the database.
  • Engage the users through Nbyula and social media communities.
  • Manage all the various tasks efficiently and effectively using the tools and technology offered by the company. This includes project management, conversation management, data analysis, document sharing, and collaboration tools, scheduling and meeting tools, etc.

Qualifications:_

  • 02 years of experience in B2B/B2C operations domain
  • Experience with user/client onboarding and engagement
  • Pro in searching and collating information through online tools
  • Spoken and written English proficiency
  • Extremely numbers and objectivesdriven person who can deliver set monthly/quarterly targets
  • Should be present and active on social media platforms (LinkedIn/Instagram/Facebook/Twitter, etc)
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Highly energetic and passionate about product operations and process optimization
