Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets through effective telesales techniques.
Possesses excellent communication and persuasion skills
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and deliver compelling presentations.
Communicate confidently and persuasively to engage customers.
Generate leads, follow up promptly, and convert them into sales.
Maintain accurate sales records and analyze data for better strategies.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments for shared goals.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
3-4 years of telesales experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to handle high call volumes and meet sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing sales strategies and products.
