Position:
Receptionist
As a Jewelry Showroom Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our esteemed clientele. Your role is vital in providing an exceptional customer experience and ensuring smooth operations within our showroom. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Warm Welcome:
Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor, making them feel valued and comfortable.

Appointment Scheduling:
Manage appointments and reservations for consultations, viewings, and other services.

Customer Assistance:

Provide information about our exquisite jewelry collection, assist in product selection, and offer expert advice on styles and trends.

Maintaining Showroom Appearance:
Ensure the showroom is always immaculate, organized, and visually appealing, reflecting the high standards of our brand.

Inventory Management:
Assist in maintaining accurate records of jewelry inventory and assist with periodic stocktaking.

Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate transactions, process orders, and provide necessary paperwork.

Administrative Duties:
Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.

Security and Compliance:

Adhere to security protocols and procedures to safeguard valuable merchandise and maintain a safe environment for staff and visitors.

Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on the latest jewelry trends, materials, and styles to effectively assist customers in their selections.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a customerfacing role, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
A passion for jewelry and an understanding of various gemstones and metals is a plus.
