We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Jewelry Showroom Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers.

Your main responsibility will be to assist customers in finding the perfect piece of jewelry that matches their preferences and desires.

Key Responsibilities:


Customer Engagement and Consultation:

Greet and welcome customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Actively listen to customers' needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations.
Offer expert advice on gemstones, metals, and jewelry designs to guide customers in their selections.


Product Knowledge:

Possess in-depth knowledge of our jewelry collection, including the materials used, craftsmanship, and unique features of each piece.
Stay updated on industry trends and be able to share insights with customers.


Sales and Upselling:

Guide customers through the purchasing process, ensuring a seamless transaction.
Upsell complementary pieces or additional services, such as customizations or maintenance plans, based on customer preferences.


Visual Merchandising:

Maintain a visually appealing and organized showroom, ensuring that all jewelry is presented in an attractive manner.
Participate in periodic inventory checks and restocking activities.


Customer Relationship Management:

Build and nurture lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Follow up with customers after purchases to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.


Brand Representation:

Uphold the image and reputation of our brand by embodying professionalism, integrity, and a genuine passion for jewelry.


Team Collaboration:

Work closely with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and positive work environment.
Share insights and collaborate on strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the jewelry industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of gemstones, metals, and jewelry craftsmanship.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, customeroriented environment.
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer proficiency.
