Field Sales Executive - Real Estate (Freshers, Male)

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities within the assigned territory.

Build and maintain a strong network of potential clients through cold calling, and networking events.

Present our real estate offerings to clients in a compelling and informative manner.

Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options that meet their needs.

Guide clients through the property purchasing process, addressing any concerns and providing relevant information.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's growth.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using the CRM system.

Stay updated on industry trends, property market dynamics, and competitive offerings.


Qualifications and Skills:
Fresh graduates with a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

basic communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.

Results-driven and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Comfortable with fieldwork and travel within the assigned territory.

Basic understanding of the real estate industry is a plus but not mandatory.

Proficiency in local languages relevant to the assigned territory is preferred.

Salary:
₹9, ₹12,000.00 per month
