Associate
Debt Syndication Department, Location
Ahmedabad

Responsibilities:

Assist senior team members in preparing and structuring debt syndication proposals
Conduct financial analysis and due diligence on potential borrowers to assess creditworthiness
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information for syndication deals
Coordinating with client and the finance department in entire documentation related to loan process
Participate in client meetings and assist in communicating the syndication process, terms, and conditions
Assist in negotiations with lenders to secure favorable terms and conditions for borrowers
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to syndication activities

Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field. Master's degree a plus or inter CA / CA drop out
02 years of relevant experience in arranging finance for clients from banks or financial institutions
Having good knowledge of financial ratios and ability to analyse same
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Good communication and presentation skills

Salary:
₹30, ₹60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Ahmedabad
