Job Title:
Warehouse Executive Cum Jr. Accountant

Job Type:
Full Time (08:30am - 07:00pm)

Location:
Plant II (Odhav)

Has to SAP B1 data entry operator.

MAINDUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Inventory Management & Accounts

1) Maintain Purchase order file. All Purchase order prints out to file.
2) Maintain the Stock of Trading and Manufacturing Items.
3) Prepare the Delivery Challan and Sales Bill.
4) Make the entry of Material Inward.
5) All banking related work.
6) Maintain the petty cash of Odhav Plant.
7) All accounting related work.
8) Maintain and manage final Stock of production
9) Maintain and manage contract stock including Scaffolding, helmet, etc)
10) Maintain & manage store stock (H frame, Taniya, wheels)
11) Any other work provided by Senior and Management.
Logistic & HR
1) Contract site material dispatch planning.
2) Transport management.
3) Maintain worker attendance register

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Qualification:

Experience:

At least 2 year experience in Manufacturing Industries.
Experience of Inventory management.

SKILL:

Knowledge of Tally ERP latest version & Stock Gap Analysis.
Should have communication skill.
Good command on Excel and word.
Basic Knowledge of Taxation.

PERFORMANCE GOALS:

Complete the work within time.
Maintain all record accurately and proper manner.
Zero error work in GRN, Invoice, challan, Cash Vouchers, Invoice Booking and etc
