Description
An Assistant Manager role will be in ensuring the seamless coordination of projects and maintaining excellent client relations.

As an Assistant Manager, he will be responsible for facilitating day-to-day interactions with clients and internal teams, providing design inputs, managing infrastructure requirements, and ensuring the smooth setup of project locations, whether remotely or on-site.

Additionally, you will oversee the preparation of all necessary collateral and designs, and be instrumental in training staff on software systems and explaining our offerings to them.


Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate day-to-day interactions with clients and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.

Provide inputs and manage infrastructure requirements as per project specifications.

Facilitate the setup of project locations remotely or on-site as required.

Ensure all collateral materials and designs are prepared and available as per project timelines.

Train staff on software systems relevant to the project and provide comprehensive explanations of our offerings.

Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, addressing any concerns or queries promptly.

Monitor project progress and identify potential issues, proactively implementing solutions to ensure project success.

Maintain accurate records of project activities, requirements, including client communications and internal discussions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize project efficiency.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve project coordination processes.

Proficiency in operational activities at a detailed level is essential

Will need to Multitask effectively, managing multiple responsibilities concurrently.
