. You will play a vital role in engaging the clients and sponsors for our upcoming conferences by connecting with business professionals to deliver outstanding service and maintain strong client relationships.
Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for a variety of administrative and coordination tasks that contribute to the overall success of our events.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records, including contact information, communication history, and relevant details.
- Collaborate with various teams, including Content, Social Media, Community, Website, Finance, Admin and Legal, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer success.
- Handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, preparing ppt/excel reports, and managing documentation.
- Effectively engaging with the client to close post event activities like video interview, blogs, vlog, LinkedIn Live, webinars well in time.
- Building a strong rapport with the client to get the payment on time.
- Travel for the events/conferences, whenever necessary.
- Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or Equivalent.
- Minimum of 23years' experience of managing the customer success experience.
- Excellent telephone etiquettes and willingness to engage with customers and clients in person, by phone or digitally.
- Driven and hardworking.
- Strong work ethics with a positive and results oriented attitude.
- Should have hands on working experience of MS Office (ppt, excel, doc) & Outlook.
