Overview:
The Floor Incharge is responsible for overseeing and managing the operations and staff on a specific floor or area within a company or organization.
This role involves ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, maintaining a high standard of service, and managing a team to achieve operational goals.
Responsibilities:
Supervision:
Directly supervise and coordinate activities of floor staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring workloads, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Training and Development:
Conduct training sessions for new and existing staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Customer Service:
Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for visitors or clients.
Inventory Management:
Oversee inventory levels, including restocking, ordering, and maintaining appropriate stock levels to meet customer demand.
Quality Control:
Monitor and enforce quality standards, ensuring that products or services meet or exceed company guidelines.
Health and Safety:
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular checks to maintain a safe environment for both customers and staff.
Report Generation:
Prepare regular reports on floor activities, including sales figures, inventory levels, and any issues that need addressing.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with other departments or teams to ensure smooth operations, efficient communication, and effective problem-solving.
Problem Solving:
Address any issues or conflicts that arise on the floor promptly and efficiently, finding solutions and preventing their reoccurrence.
Performance Evaluation:
Conduct performance reviews and assessments for staff, providing feedback, setting goals, and identifying areas for improvement.
Salary:
₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month

- Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
