职责和责任:

- 协调会议,并参与协助团队会议。
- 负责办公室人员和客户与商务相关的差旅机票,本地和海外交通/住宿,如酒店和服务式公寓的预定工作。
- 负责商务签证的准备工作,包括申请和领取。
- 根据需要协助准备和/或编辑会议纪要、演示文稿和项目文件。
- 维护并负责所以项目文件(纸质和电子版)的文件控制和归档系统。
- 与团队成员和客户/承包商保持良好沟通,以确保及时高效地完成工作。
- 完成分配的临时项目/任务。
- 协助申请内部审批流程(如使用公司印章/申请董事长签名等)。

技能要求:

- 上跨国公司接待员工作经验。
- 能够与不同国家的同事建立良好关系。
- 良好的沟通技巧。
- 流利的中英文口语和书面表达能力。
- 有责任心、注重细节、贯彻执行,并具有高度的准确性。
- 擅长团队建设和协作、优先排序和时间管理能力。
