Responsibilities:Receive leads provided by the company and engage with potential clients in a professional manner.
Understand the client's real estate needs and offer suitable solutions from our portfolio of properties.
Provide detailed information about properties, pricing, and legal requirements to potential buyers.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Actively follow up on leads and maintain a high conversion rate from leads to sales.
Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly basis.
Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitors to provide accurate information to clients.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively.


Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented individual.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team."


Job Types:

Salary:
₹11, ₹31,142.19 per month
