Description
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
- Communicate financial results and analysis to senior management and board of directors.
Risk Management:
- Identify and assess financial risks, such as market volatility, credit risk, and operational risk.
- Develop strategies to mitigate risks and safeguard the financial assets of the company.
- Establish internal controls and procedures to maintain the integrity of financial data.
Treasury Management:
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to meet the organization's financial obligations.
- Optimize capital structure and financing options to support business objectives.
- Monitor banking relationships and investment portfolios.
Tax Planning and Compliance:
- Coordinate with tax advisors to develop tax strategies and optimize tax efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations, including filing of tax returns and payment of taxes.
