Lead and manage a team of software engineers, architects, and technical leads to deliver high-quality, scalable, and innovative applications.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and roadmap.
Drive the technical strategy and vision for application development, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in software development practices.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in software development and drive their adoption within the organization.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of experience in software development, with 4+ years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale, complex software projects.
Deep understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and technologies.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
Experience working in n fintech or similar fast-paced, innovative environments is a plus.
