Job Summary:

The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Global Coordination for P2P role is a key position within the Global Business Services (GBS) of our multinational corporation.

The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate and facilitate the standardization, reusability, and optimization of RPA processes across multiple regions within the company's Procure-to-Pay (P2P) domain.

This role serves as a bridge between the regional RPA teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and alignment of RPA initiatives and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Global RPA Strategy Development:

Collaborate with regional RPA teams to understand their P2P automation needs and challenges.
Develop a global RPA strategy for P2P processes to maximize reusability, minimize duplication of effort, and achieve standardization across regions.
Identify areas of improvement, optimization, and automation within the P2P domain.

Coordination and Collaboration:

Facilitate regular meetings and knowledgesharing sessions with regional RPA teams to exchange best practices, lessons learned, and promote crossregional collaboration.
Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, reusability, and innovation among the regional RPA teams.
Act as a central point of contact for RPArelated queries, issues, and escalations from regional teams.

Process Standardization and Optimization:

Define and enforce global RPA standards, frameworks, and methodologies for P2P processes.
Ensure consistent implementation of RPA processes across regions, promoting standardization and harmonization.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement through RPA automation and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

RPA Governance and Performance Tracking:

Establish governance mechanisms and frameworks to monitor and measure the performance of RPA initiatives in the P2P domain.
Define KPIs and metrics to assess the effectiveness, efficiency, and impact of RPA implementations.
Regularly review RPA project status, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to ensure successful delivery and benefits realization.

Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with various stakeholders, including regional RPA leaders, P2P process owners, IT teams, and P2P SMT, to align RPA initiatives with business objectives.
Communicate the value proposition of RPA and its impact on P2P operations to gain buyin and support from stakeholders.
Provide guidance and support to regional teams during the planning, implementation, and maintenance phases of RPA projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration from premier institutes) or equivalent practical experience.
Solid experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) implementation and coordination, preferably within a multinational corporation or global shared services environment.
Strong knowledge of P2P processes, systems, and automation opportunities.
Proficiency in RPA tools and platforms (e.g., Automation Anywhere, UiPath) and process analysis and mapping techniques.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on process optimization and efficiency.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with crossfunctional and multicultural teams.
Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change in a complex organizational environment.
Knowledge of emerging RPA trends, technologies, and best practices is a plus.
Certification in RPA tools and methodologies is desirable.
