Job Profile:


  • To make communication with our Pharma Shoppe (Franchise).
  • Finding out their problems.
  • Should be tried to address their problems by her.
  • Genuine problems should be forwarded to concern department by her.
  • Followup of every grievance till it to be resolved.
  • Direct reporting to higher management regarding serious & unresolved problems.
  • Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquette and maintaining records for them.
  • Reminder Calls to our Pharma Shoppe (Franchise) regarding every month's offers.
