Job Title -Requirement for Telecaller (Fresher)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or lists.
  • Explain the company's products or services to potential customers over the phone.
  • Answer incoming calls from customers, address their inquiries, and provide solutions as needed.
  • Follow a script or pitch provided by the company and tailor it to the customer's needs.
  • Identify and qualify sales leads by collecting relevant information from potential customers.
  • Maintain a database of potential and existing customers and update their contact information.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Document all interactions with customers accurately in the company's CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
  • Keep uptodate with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Handle objections and rejections professionally and attempt to overcome them.
  • Follow up with customers who express interest but do not make an immediate purchase.
  • Provide feedback to the sales team regarding customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar sales role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using CRM software or call center software.
