Position/Title:

Payroll

  • Associate/ Sr. Associate

Department:
Human Resources


Job responsibility:

Provide payroll support to ensure employees get paid on time, every time by verifying data accuracy and meeting compliance: - This position is responsible for supporting the Payroll services & related activities ensuring compliance and accuracy

  • Collecting and analysing the accuracy of employee compensation related data
  • Manage certain time bound processes and ensure validation of data to be accurate and truthful i.e. Investments declaration, Form 16s, Tax Returns
  • Ensuring time lines are met for salary disbursement and statutory compliance
  • Ensuring employee benefits are administered as per rules and regulations
  • Processing of employee reimbursements as per the policy
  • Responsible for managing data related to payroll and employee benefits
  • Support the verification & reconciliation of monthly payroll
  • Provide necessary customer support and address any payrollrelated queries
  • Coordinating and maintaining relationship with all stakeholder

Education:

Graduate


Experience:

Proven work experience of minimum 3-5 years in Payroll processing.


Skills/Capabilities required:


Technical skills:

  • Good knowledge of labour laws, taxation rules
  • Excellent mathematical skills
  • Handson experience with HRIS & ERP system
  • Strong MS Office skills with at least Intermediate Excel skills

Soft skills:

  • Must be reliable, with a strong customer focus
  • Maintaining confidentiality of every employee information
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Good multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of State and Central accounting laws and regulation

Salary:
₹500, ₹700,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
