Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and engage potential customers for home sales through various channels.
  • Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase properties and highlight their features and benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Attend and participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and events as required.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum educational qualification of Plus Two (12th grade) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or home sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goaloriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
