User Experience Designer

Location:
Bengaluru, India

This is an opportunity to join as an early stage member of our global product and technology team and grow rapidly in a fast paced environment, right after campus.

You will:

Work closely with product designers & product managers globally to assist in delivering high quality product design for our products and platforms.
Work with product management, business development and other stakeholders to understand business needs, identify experience issues and potential improvement opportunities.
Translate product requirements into visual representations, such as lowfidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes.
Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows and wireframes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from IITs in design or architecture, with proven internship experience in UX design. UX design internships in B2B startups would be a plus.
Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, Adobe Xd.
Open minded and willing to learn new things. Strongly interested in blockchain technology.
Familiarity with HTML and CSS is recommended.
Your portfolio should show your problem solving skills combined with the results and learning in a particular project.
Proficient understanding of usability principles and techniques.
Experience in prototyping lofi and hifi wireframes and presenting them to cross functional teams.
