Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our fast-food operations in the Dumas area of Surat.
As the Chief of Fast Food Operations, you will oversee the efficient and effective functioning of our pizza, burger, and sandwich outlets.
You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high-quality food standards, and maximizing profitability.Responsibilities:

Operational Management:
- Oversee the daytoday operations of multiple fastfood outlets, including pizza, burger, and sandwich counters.
- Ensure adherence to operational procedures, food safety standards, and health regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to prevent shortages or excesses.
- Implement strategies to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Staff Supervision and Training:
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of kitchen staff, cashiers, and service personnel.
- Schedule shifts effectively to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve employee performance.
- Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Maintain a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Implement initiatives to enhance the overall dining experience and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer feedback and make necessary adjustments to improve service quality.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all food items are prepared and presented according to company standards and recipes.
- Conduct regular quality checks to maintain food freshness, taste, and appearance.
- Monitor food wastage and implement measures to minimize waste and optimize food cost.
Financial Management:
- Manage budgets and expenses to achieve profitability targets.
- Analyze sales data, trends, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Control costs related to food procurement, labor, and overhead expenses.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives.
- Implement creative marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Monitor competitors' activities and market trends to stay ahead in the fastfood industry.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the fastfood or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
