Executive - Operation Excellence


Summary:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational challenges and develop improvement plans.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions to streamline operations.
  • Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements and eliminate waste.
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics to measure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and achievement of desired outcomes.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on operational excellence principles and methodologies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented improvements, making necessary adjustments as required.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in operational excellence to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Prepare and present reports on operational performance, highlighting key findings and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
2. 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.


  • Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using data analysis software and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing operational improvement initiatives.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or related field is a plus.
