What you need to have:

Experience managing all aspects of the recruiting process and ensure Workday is current and aligned to our SLA
Competent sourcing skills with knowledge of where to find passive talent within specific talent segments
Ability to think creatively and share ideas to drive innovation within our talent team and help with projects
Proven experience providing clear, professional written and verbal communication. You are an over communicator.
Demonstrate a proactive versus reactive recruiting approach
Collaborates with stakeholders and provide information on the market trends.
Compliant to GDPR regulations
Minimum of 2 years direct search experience
