Founded by IIT Bombay alumni, NeoDocs develops instant lab test kits, with results generated on the phone within 30 seconds.
This role involves engaging with our customers, addressing their queries and concerns, and providing guidance and support to ensure their satisfactionResponsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and marketing, to relay customer feedback, suggestions, and insights for product enhancements and improvements.
- Gather learnings and insights from customer calls to identify areas for improvements and improve overall customer experience.
- Coordinate and manage a team of Medical Advisors, ensuring their availability, training, and readiness to address customer inquiries.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive knowledge base, frequently asked questions (FAQs), and other user resources.
Salary:
₹300, ₹400,000.00 per year
