    Role Purpose :

    Support the FP&A team in providing MI and analysis, planning and forecasting and cost reviews.

    Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities :

  • Prepare MI ( including monthly packs for EXCO and other stakeholders) for business performance of India results and other ad hoc analysis as required from time to time
  • Engage with business and function teams to understand drivers/reasons for overall performance.
  • Work closely with relevant GFOC teams for preparation of meaningful MI.
  • Extract and review of monthly costs and carry out deep dives to have a better understanding of costs
  • Engage with business finance teams to understand variances in performance and forecasts
  • Support the annual planning process
  • Identify opportunities for digitization of data and process efficiencies.
  • Regularly analysis Group charges, engage with regional /group teams and local business and functions for effective cost management.

    Be a collaborative team member and enthusiastic participant of team activities.

    Functional Knowledge :

  • Understanding of financial accounting
  • Analytical mind
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to ask the right questions
    • Requirements
  • Commerce graduate , preferably with post graduate qualifications of CA, MBA, CFA, but not mandatory
  • 3 to 4 years of experience
