Description

Responsibilities:

∙ Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner

∙ Provide support for our products

∙ Work with other members of the team to ensure that customer needs are met

∙ Stay up-to-date on product changes

∙ Develop and implement customer service processes and procedures

∙ Conduct quality assurance reviews of customer service interactions

∙ Provide feedback to team members

∙ Represent the company in a professional and positive manner


Qualifications:

∙ Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field

∙ 2+ years of experience in customer service

∙ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

∙ Some basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite

∙ Bilingual in English and Hindi
