A Marketing Assistant helps in promoting a company's brand by creating, managing and executing marketing campaigns.

They have to conduct market research to identify ideal customers and tailor the company's marketing efforts to appeal to them.

They coordinate with the sales team to optimise marketing strategies and align them with the company's goals.

They are also responsible for the distribution of promotional material like brochures and oversee the direction and development of the digital marketing campaigns.

Experience - 6 months to 2 years

  • Creating marketing strategies to achieve organisational goals
  • Implementing marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
  • Managing the marketing budget
  • Coordinating marketing efforts with crossfunctional teams like sales and product development
  • Analysing marketing data and metrics to refine marketing strategies
  • Staying updated with the latest marketing trends

Job description:
