Government Partnerships Intern

Location:
Mumbai


Responsibilities:

- _Research and Learning:_

  • Education, Employability, and Youth policy's relevance to Antarang
  • Develop a secondary research plan
  • Create and document a repository of alliances and collaboratives, and document learnings.
- _Government and

Educational Institute Reporting:
_

  • Collating impact data for different geographies
  • Codesign monthly govt and institute reporting
- _Private Institutes/

College Onboarding:
_

  • Identifying and creating the list of Educational Institutes (schools and colleges) in Mumbai, and Thane
  • Ensure Educational Institutes (schools and colleges) in Mumbai, and Thane onboarded for the CareeReady program
  • Ensure MoUs with existing institutes are renewed
  • Ensure coordination between different teams involved in the onboarding process
  • Create an onboarding plan with the team
  • Visit schools and colleges to onboard (meet the college POCs, Principals/ HMs for these conversations)
  • Track onboarding targets progress, identify challenges and next steps

Profile Requisites:


  • Graduate or currently enrolled in a relevant degree program
  • Ability to analyze data critically, think logically, and solve problems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for documenting and presentations
  • Presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in at least 2 out of 3 languages (English, Hindi, Marathi)
