Government Partnerships Intern

Location:
Mumbai

Responsibilities:

- _Research and Learning:_

Education, Employability, and Youth policy's relevance to Antarang
Develop a secondary research plan
Create and document a repository of alliances and collaboratives, and document learnings.

- _Government and

Educational Institute Reporting:
_

Collating impact data for different geographies
Codesign monthly govt and institute reporting

- _Private Institutes/

College Onboarding:
_

Identifying and creating the list of Educational Institutes (schools and colleges) in Mumbai, and Thane
Ensure Educational Institutes (schools and colleges) in Mumbai, and Thane onboarded for the CareeReady program
Ensure MoUs with existing institutes are renewed
Ensure coordination between different teams involved in the onboarding process
Create an onboarding plan with the team
Visit schools and colleges to onboard (meet the college POCs, Principals/ HMs for these conversations)
Track onboarding targets progress, identify challenges and next steps

Profile Requisites:

Graduate or currently enrolled in a relevant degree program
Ability to analyze data critically, think logically, and solve problems
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for documenting and presentations
Presentation skills
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in at least 2 out of 3 languages (English, Hindi, Marathi)
