Proven experience as a B2B Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients over the phone.
- Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Selfmotivated and resultsdriven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
