Stock Planning
- Monthly Forecasting
- Primary Planning
- Monthly, Weekly Indenting of stocks
- Coordination with factory for stocks
CFA Management
- Managing of Stocks
- Tracking of sales billing
- Tracking and Analysis of Stock returns, Expiry, Damages
- Gift/POP Items utilization
Field Force Management
- Reporting of Field force Attendance daily & Monthly.
- Compilation of Tour Programmes
- Tracking of DSR
- Processing of Travelling Expense
- Processing of ISR Attendance and salaries
MIS
- Tracking and reporting of primary and secondary sales
- Preparation of sales PPT
- Preparation of meeting agenda, MOM and follow up
- Tracking of performance of schemes, CP, SP activities etc.
- Regular visits to the distributor point and market
- Processing and submission of all claims pertaining to CFA and market
- Travelling as per requirement
- T processing of 3P vendor bills for OSP activities for all the channels.
Desired Profile:
- Graduate
- Experience required: 4 To 5 Years of experience
