Job Summary:

We are looking for a Young and energetic Stores Executive with ambitious in taking care of our hospitals branch stores activities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for taking care of day to day all Stores operational activities.
Responsible for Placing orders with suppliers as per the sales Vs available stock
Responsible for Coordinating with each SKS branch to ensure stocks are resupplied as per each branch's need.
Responsible for Coordinating with finance department to ensure payments to suppliers' are made in a timely manner after verifying the invoices
Responsible for ensuring that all relevant records are updated in a timely manner.
Responsible for Submit regular reports as prescribed by management.
Responsible for ensuring mínimal loss due to rodents & expired products.
Responsible for Overall Reports Submit to the head office.
Responsible for conducting physical verification of stock Audits in respective work station as per the given schedule.
Responsible to maintain the store in a clean manner.
Should be Responsible for Coordination with the doctors in Treatment and surgical materials are properly given.
Should be go getter attitude and ready to work multitasking related activities
Should be loyal and committed attitude in our work. The output oriented personality may be fit our requirements.

Key Skills Requirements:
Good in Written and Verbal Communication in Tamil/English are required

Pleasing Personality & good attitude to meet and respond to people's Management.

Should Accepting the attitude towards company rules and procedures accordingly.

Must be ready to work on any Flexible timings offered by the company.

Two Wheeler with Licence preferred

Age band should be must between years

Immediate Joiners only required.

The salary will be fixed depending upon the skill sets and your performance during assessments.

Required Experience and Qualifications:
The Previous Experience is preferred but not a must for this role but you should be clear and ready to boost your career with fresh mind set

If you are additionally able to speak these regional languages (Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam and etc.) that would give more preference to this job.
