Place phone calls to potential clients from our computerized directory

Answer potential clients' questions about improvement.
Generate between 5 and 15 sales leads per day
Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates' schedules
Train other telemarketers when required
Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff
Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control
Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times
Explaining products to clients and providing them with information about their dental health needs
Identifying opportunities for new business by contacting potential clients, researching their needs, and presenting solutions
Presenting information about new products or services to dentists through inoffice demonstrations'
Helping with new patient check ins, including taking medical histories and recording patient information in the computer
Establishing new accounts with new customers by conducting initial consultation with the dentist regarding treatment options and materials
Determining insurance coverage for dental procedures or products and submitting claims to insurance companies for payment
Estimating costs for dental services based on insurance coverage or other criteria specified by the dentist
