Roles and Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary POC for all new Qualified Leads coming through various processes
- Build, maintain and forecast a healthy Sales qualified lead pipeline
- Maintain positive client relationships and drive new acquisitions
- Ensure maximum conversion rates on the leads received
- Should have the ability to crosssell and upsell clients as and when required
- Use presentation tools effectively and drive maximum efficiency
- Work with other crossfunctional teams as and when required
- Achieve presales targets of driving maximum deal wins from the qualified leads
- Understand and work towards teams/organizations objectives
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 12 years of presales/sales experience
- Strong communication skills, oral & written
- Proven experience in customer facing roles
- Ability to understand NLU/Data Science related product
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers
- Self motivated and result oriented personality
- Basic knowledge of sales CRM tools (Hubspot) would be an advantage
