Job Title:
Founder's Office Assistant


Working Days and Timings:
Monday to Saturday, starting from 10am - 7pm


Work Location:
Ithum Tower, Sector 62, Noida

Note - We're preferring a graduate fresher for this position


Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our Founder's Office team.

As a Founder's Office Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the founder, ensuring the smooth functioning of both firms.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage the daytoday administrative tasks of the founder's office, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain the founder's calendar, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization of tasks and appointments.
  • Make travel arrangements to facilitate the founder's business trips and engagements.
  • Organize and maintain important documents, contracts, and confidential information, ensuring easy accessibility and adherence to data protection policies.
  • Act as a point of contact between the founder and internal/external stakeholders, handling inquiries, requests, and information dissemination effectively.
  • Provide support to the founder in various projects, conducting research, preparing reports, and assisting with presentations as required.
  • Analyzing business data and generating reports to aid decisionmaking and strategy development.
  • Developing and executing recruiting strategies to improve interviewtoselection ratio.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Researching and identifying potential customers, developing relationships with key decision makers, and providing customer service and support.
  • Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the founder to contribute to the overall success of the firms.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce or a related field.
  • Confident, Selfstarter, keen to learn, and quickly execute resultdriven strategies.
  • Ability to operate in fastpaced work environment with integrity and accountability.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a rollupthesleeves work ethic and a "dowhatit takes" mindset to execute the strategy.
  • Proficient in using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
