Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Responsible for design and development of HV/LV wiring harnesses for electric vehicles with key deliverables being:
- Preparation of Schematics inline with System E&E Architecture
- 2. Work closely with Routing design team to finalize Wiring Harness mechanical design
- 3. DFMEAs and DVPs
- 4. DFA/DFM/DFS sign offs
- 5. Build supports, Troubleshooting and issues resolution
- 6. Selection of components including HV components like PDUs, contactors, fuses, precharge resistors etc
- 7. Meeting Cost, quality and timeline requirements of the projects
- 8. Part Application Agreement sign offs with suppliers
Experience - 35 years
Industry Preferred - Automotive Industry (OEMs)
Qualifications - B.E/B.Tech;M.E./M.Tech in Electrical and Electrical /Electronics and Communications/ Electrical and Instrumentation engineering
